By accessing our platform and making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Product Availability & Pricing
All products listed on The Bakers are subject to availability. Prices for items are specified in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) or local currency. We reserve the right to update product specifications, availability, and prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Ordering & Cash on Delivery (COD)
Orders submitted through The Bakers are processed promptly. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience across Kuwait and partner regions. Customers are expected to inspect products upon receipt and pay the invoice total in cash upon delivery.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to food safety and health standards regarding baking supplies and edible color solutions, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
